You can complete the entire Pre Days experience — check-in, result, routine, daily check-in, and progress — without creating an account. Email is always optional.
We don't sell your answers
We do not sell your cycle-related check-in answers for ad targeting, and we never send your symptom answers to advertising pixels.
What we store
In this early version, your check-in result and daily check-ins are stored on your own device. If you choose to share your email, we store it separately so we can send you your routine and gentle reminders.
Analytics
We measure basic, non-identifying usage (like whether a check-in was started or completed) to improve the product. These measurements never include your individual answers, your safety responses, or your email.
Deletion
You can clear your on-device data from your browser at any time. A dedicated deletion-request path will be added as the product grows.
