    A simple, consistent scoring method weighs your answers across a few signal groups and lands on the one (or two) that stand out most. Same answers always give the same result — no black box, no AI guessing.

    You get a type and a 7-day routine

    Your type names the pattern; your routine turns it into small, optional daily steps you can actually do. Everything is general wellness, built around widely-practiced basics like hydration, sleep, gentle movement, and balanced snacks.

Your cycle-related check-in answers are never sold or used for ad targeting. You can complete everything without an account.
